Appearance
A prolific, nonbluing, nonhallucinogenic species of Psilocybe that fruits easily and quickly on a wide range of substrates. Spores of this species can produce mushrooms on malt agar media in as little as 7 days at 80F. Overincubation and stress in laboratory culture often causes secondary mushroom formation on the stipes of the older mushrooms. |
